I've placed a pre-proposition to update rules for propositions, allowing for amendments, extensions, and an optional quorum requirement (since Wyrms will be Wyrms). Please visit the
Pre-Proposition Committee; I have not yet received any feedback on this. It should be at the bottom of the page. On the other head, we could just ban all extensions and amendments... if you want to change your proposition, retract it before it passes and post a new one.
