I have it but I haven't played in a while. The concept of 3-5 facilities a planet rubbed me wrong after SEIV, and building one too many farms and having the population riot just turned me off. I wound up going back to SEIV when I had time to kill, and will probably trade in Galciv for something else over xmas holidays. If things proceed with SEV like I expect, it'll be a better game next spring once the bugs are stomped and the modders have had at it.
