I suppose that the "3" should be a "30" (spell cost for Dispel) and that translates to 5 gems per astral level.
I can offer astral 9/10, but I'd have to research the spell myself, too. Takes me two turns.

So basically you would be able to cast it with a 15 gem credit (of sorts) compared to me. If I don't have it you sound like the best bet. |
