Also, FYI: today I logged in to two new messages. At first I thought I was attacked, but it turns out that the Wombat Protectorate now has two merger offers, one with NATO and one with Atlantis. I sent them both the same response:

Virillus, and since I basically told each to go ahead and recruit if they wanted... they'll probably send messages. Or you can message first if interested.
I am going to be declaring on these punks though... yet, I am surprised it took this long for someone to decide to take us on
