Thats pretty much right. Thats where I made the oops, while editing the stratagies with the race as player control, and saving the Empire after I was done, I forgot to add the Kamikaze Strategy.

??? - in both the Krill_AI_Strategy, and the Ork_AI_Strategy Kamikaze is the third strategy from the bottom (are you using the updated Versions posted here, I don't have the old Versions at work to check right now)
