I would of course, be the essence of a good neighbor. I would take plumbing, house repair, yard designing courses just in order to be of service to my neighbors.
I would bake some cakes and be sure each neighbor received one personally welcoming them to the neighborhood. I would volunteer my services for help they needed around their houses and in order to spruce up the neighborhood, I would do LOTS of outside yard work in the hot summer time around my yard.
and last but not least, I would take numerous showers, lots and lots of long cold showers........
