Erm, isn't the "Terminator" in the show supposed to be a T1000 like the one in the Terminator 2 movie? In that case, she doesn't have an endoskeleton, she's an amorphous mass of nano-assemblers.
If the fire in that episode is close to the melting point of steel, she could be in trouble. But then this is television...
