Well at least one of these has solved itself.
M25 20mm GL
USA weapon slot 82
USMC weapon slot 241
Inconsistent Acc
The weapon system has been changed to a 25mm round (the 20mm was just too small to be pack enough punch to be very useful) so I suspect when they change in in the OOB they'll fix the Acc issue.
