I, Nebechadnezar, Emporer of T'ien Ch'i, send greetings to my honorable neighbours.

I am having some trouble controlling the zeal of my barbarian tribesman so I suggest you keep out of their way. They will continue to pillage the pathetic independent hordes. I apologize to those of my neighbours that have been victims of their zeal. I will do my best to restrain thema and keep peace on my borders.
