Searching for Sub for a reasonably powerful LA Atlantis player in the newbie game Last Rites.
Score graphs are off, so it's not entirely easy to determine how strong he is. However, because Llamaserver had some kind of information burp yesterday, we know that he has the second largest empire by province count.
He and the guy before him has stalled a whopping 6 times in 34 turns but despite this, his position is still surprisingly strong and he is not at war with anyone as far as I know. The only problem that I know of is that his empire is spread all over the place due to being mostly under water.

Preferably a newbie, but I guess that a veteran could be OK, if everyone is aware of the veteran and can plan for it.
