Creating a new Game, Victory Conditions...
Cumulative VP's?

If I want to end the game if X capitals are controlled by one nation I set VP's required to X and
- VP's in Capitals: YES
- VP's scattered on the MAP to 0 (using one of GandalfParkers maps)

Correct?
