It was unfortunate that it got scrapped  , but there is still the possibility of a Bab 5 flight sim...
The babylon project is a total conVersion of Freespace 2 (another fine game i might add), changes ships, weapons, sounds graphics to the bab 5 universe. u can even fly the whitestar! (you can stop drooling now  )

And since the source code for freespace 2 has been released, i would expect to see an even more mods becomming available for freespace 2 for scifi series based mods. i remember reading that the babylon project had run into limits on modding because they didnt have access to the source code... that shouldnt be a problem anymore. i hope they keep developing the mod |
