 If you take a screenshot & load it into a paint editor you can do that, Paint.NET for instance allows you to do it.Its free & you have to fiddle a bit to get it the right size using the scale on google maps as a guide. Once done though can save it as an overlay to use at that zoom level for the future.
 You can set it to overlay hexagons to though if I remember correctly thats a plug in, also free.
 Doing at same scale as WinSP I find to fidly but setting up a hexagon the size of 7 hexes or larger works fairly well.
 Can have multiple overlays if you wish in diffrent colours, say a KM one & a smaller scale one
