It looks like at some point while adding files to the patches those MBT scenario were copied to the WW2 "Scenarios" folder rather than the MBT folder but I checked a patched copy of MBT and those scenarios ARE ALSO in the MBT patch so that's the "Good news"
I will assemble and post replacements for the WW2 sceanrios affected
