When I am edition a map and the mouse pointer enters any of the purple outlined areas the map automatically scrolls in that direction.

Is there anyway to stop this as it is annoying enough to forget the whole game.

This occurs in all forms of display, windowed, desktop, and with DirectX or GDI.

I am running Windows 10 and XP. It occurs with either OS.

This applies to both games WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT.
