If you bought them from Shrapnel you will not have an illegal copy but I have no memory of any version for MBT issued as V1012-CD which is why I want to see a screen shot.
It does not have to be the entire screen and it is possible to work within the limitations of the forum to do so but it's also dead simple and free to set up an IMGUR account (

That said the entire issue seems to be " What version do I start to upgrade the patches from? "......
when in doubt, patch them all it will not do the game any harm and it only takes a couple extra minutes of DLing ......
