Basically this thing looks like a modified LCI turned into an large LCM.

Maybe create a modernized LST so it can carry vehicles/cargo as well as troops, makes it more useful overall. LSTs are/were seaworthy (more-or-less) and full (if smaller) ships as they operated as individual units (like LCIs) not as small craft carried aboard larger ships.
