I have extended the end date for both ......that said that list, If I read it correctly, does not differentiate "Russian" losses from the breakaway areas so these could ( maybe) be coming from there which means they started and ended in Ukraine because IIRC Russia had been shipping their old T-64's to the breakaway areas .
It's a moot point though if these are Russian stocks sent to Luhansk and Donetsk they are still "Russian"
