That said I normally use Chrome for everything but I do have firefox and using firefox everything worked EXACTLY as it should, unlike Andys experience

*IN MY EXPERIENCE TODAY* it does. I have DL two patches that way using Chrome
At bottom of the window you will see
if your download doesn't start automatically click here
RIGHT CLICK on click here then.....
COPY LINK ADDRESS
then....
PASTE THAT INTO A NEW TAB OF YOUR BROWSER AND PRESS ENTER
and the DL should start

it should be easier than this but as with any windows based system there are a variety of browsers and anti-virus programs that can work one way for one person and a different way for another as Andys and my experience with Firefox shows
