I've called up the "B" screen using the B Hotkey. I selected the Arty unit and selected HE and the target hex.

But when I use Shift 3 to check whether the hex is Targeted, I discover that it is not Targeted.

I can't figure out why my Bombardment key selection sequence is ineffective.
