Playable from either side: No, defender leaves cover to take white v-hexes. These start under the defender's control in the next scenario.
Enjoyability: 3
DRG EDIT: The "defender leaves cover to take white v-hexes" has been resolved by making them Nation 1's flags to start. There is no reason I can think of for making them neutral at start but there are a couple of odd things about this one and 114 mainly that they appear to be identical aside from the neutral V hexes in 113 so I need to dig back to an old copy of the game to check this
