Kadyrov army which is part of Russian army but have a quite independence and can order their own equipment similarly like

Rosgvardia here is article and list of Chechen heavy equipment. They use Z-STS Akhmant especially build for them and also
Chaborz-M6 indigenous light vehicles. They use also captured Ukrainian vehicles
