Default Problem with screen scrolling
I am having an issue with the CD version when it comes to scrolling using the mouse.

About 1/2 the time when I move the mouse curser to a screen edge and the screen will not scroll.

As a result I have to use the arrow keys on the keyboard.

Is this a setting I need to change?
