Apparently I can host video with no problem. Just linking to the file allows your computer to manage it at your end for viewing.
Using a video sharing site however will protect the file from being downloaded (stolen, at least by most people), and allow the file to be viewed in flash altho lately I know more people who turn off flash than I know people who have no viewing software on their machine.
