Who Gets Attacked?
I apologize if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a thread. If I am nation A and cast Mind Hunt on a Province that has the following:
Nation B in a fort being seiged by Nation C.
Who Will I attack:
The besieged Nation B
Set seiging Nation C
or it could go either way?
