I DL patch this morning with no problem.
When I upgrade from Level III Mining Facility to Mining Level IV (Complex) it does not show up in upgrades?
Every thing else is going GREAT!!!
FYI: Keep an eye on your Outpost mining, it doesn't tell you just ran out of money
The Temporal Base Space Yards are great
