I've tried everything and nothing works.

Last weekend I lost my Weird Worlds for Windows backup copy. It happened while I was transferring backups from one place to another.

So on Monday I did a support ticket to get a link to redownload. Simple. Shouldn't be a problem.

No response. I phoned several times. Nobody ever answered. But I did leave a message. Still nothing.

It's now Friday and nothing from Shrapnel. Why is this so difficult? Can someone in the company just send me an email with the link?
