Default No more Jewel Case editions?

Ahh.... Guess I waited too long...

3 Quick questions, any chance of the jewel case edition coming back by dec 15? Does the DL Version come with everything the J/C Version did(including docs and manuals in electronic format?)? Does the Download link I get it from support "Resume"?(I got 56K AOL, 25 MB is about 4 hours, and AOL can be...... well, "cantankerous" during these downloads...)?

The JC edition came with a CD and a jewel case. Period. No printed docs, all on disc. The only thing you'd be missing in a download would be the cover sheet of the JC.

Edit: I forgot, I wouldn't think the download Version would include the folder of demos for other games, but I don't know that for certain.

Ok, and does the DL link support resume?(I'll probably just email gamers front prior to ordering...)

EDIT: Never mind, for 25 MB it went surprisingly fast, and Firefox's built in download manager has eliminated the instabilities I seem to encounter.
