Default Siege/remote spells

I need some help on this one, this thread may very well decide a game.

If you are sieging an enemy fort, and about to storm it, what spells are safe to use before going in, will only take affect on the enemy inside the fort before you storm it?

Being cast by you, pretty much all spells are safe. Cast by a third party, they have a 50/50 chance hitting sieging or besieged party.

Everything except manifestations is completely safe to cast by you.

I think that anything cast by a third party will target the sieger.

yes, all safe. ah - ok, except for spells that summon neutrals, like GR, or spells that increase unrest, as you have the province and unrest will affect it.

but, basically, knock yourself out w/ the remotes

Actually, I believe I read somewhere Leprosy will always target the sieging army. Of course, that may have meant only when two enemy armies are involved.

Send (lesser) Horror will attack only the sieging army regardless of who cast the spell.

No remote summons cast by the sieger will attack the army inside the castle. If they are special monsters (horrors, ghost riders) they will attack the sieger, otherwise they will join his army.

And to confirm OmikronWarrior's post (I've just tried it) - leprosy will always hit the sieger even if cast by him.
