Old scenario crashing aatf.exe

I've been having fun running the 'Raging Tiger' scenarios in the BGC engine but one scenario (Where'd they come from ?) crashes the aatf.exe program. Any ideas ?

Was the cause of this ever identified? I get the same crash on this scenario myself.
