In your main dominions directory there should be a "savedgames" subdirectory. Open it and create a new directory in there named whatever you want (but probably the name of the game you're playing in). Then download the .trn file you just got and put it there.

Next, open Dominions, select "Play an existing game" and you should be able to access turn 1 of your game. Do your stuff, click end turn, exit the game.

Now, in addition to the .trn file you received and put there, your game's directory should contain a .2h file as well. This is where the orders you just gave in-game are saved. Upload that file to the game's server (or email it to llamaserver if that's where the game is hosted) and voila, you've submitted your turn.

Next turn you'll receive a new .trn file by mail. Download it into your savedgames/YourGame directory again, overwriting the previous one. Do your turn, the .2h file will be updated as well. Upload it. And so on and so forth.

Go to saved games folder in Dominions. Create a folder and name it something that you can remember, like Giants or something for this game.
Download file given to you, and place in the folder you created. Start up the game and you should see a game called Giants. When you are done with your turn, end it, and you will created an h2 file. Send that file back to the server. I just hit reply.
