LA R'lyeh is desired!
Fractures is just into the second year, and we need a LA R'lyeh replacement, as Quitti has mentioned here:

I believe being a new player was originally required for playing Rlyeh in the game. But I am not in control of the decision - so you'll have to wait for someone with power to chime in. =)

I could sub your dissapeared player if you're interested. I'm not a novice nor a veteran (more than a novice but far less that a veteran player) and it would be the first time i play an aquatic nation and in LA. I could sub him right now if you want and even send the turn today if it's necessary.
