Default Those 4 pixels are totally a dude

I just wanted to comment that pixel art is actually a very difficult type of cartooning, and that KO is very good at it.

I've been making sprites by frankensteining his sprites together, and one thing I've noticed is that the four pixel heads he's drawn are very definitely male or female.

It's less of an issue with torsos for these sprites.

Heads don't really look that different IRL. The secret to art is context! The Vampire Queen is a babe, though, I admit.

They might turn into transvestites if they keep their dude's heads

Would you believe that was precisely the reason why the old Japanese SNES RPGs has superdeformed character sprites?

There's only so much resolution you can get from 8- or 16-bit graphics put up on a TV screen

I do think they are awfully cute, tho - Ever play the old Langrisser series on the consoles, or Final Fantasy 1-3?

Pinky: I think so, Brain, but then it'd be Snow White and the Seven Samurai...
