I'm pretty sure not. I think score graphs who VP whether activated or not.

Sorry for holding everyone up. Was having issues with attachments in gmail and couldn't download my turn -- quite weird. Should be able to take the turn later tonight.

My location still really sucks. In fact, I'm willing to take bets that mine sucks more than anyone else's. Maybe in a few turns the complainers can compare notes?
