During game set up you adjust the tech cost between low, medium and high. Are the formulas hard coded? If I wanted to make tech cost even higher would I have to edit every file in techarea.txt?

But first you have to get the rabbit into the barrel. Even this is pretty simple, actually, once you have caught the rabbit.
