Sun Microsystems used to offer a free StarOffice package that had spreadsheet, word proccesor, etc that was a decent replacment for MS office. I can't seem to find a way to download it anymore. It might have been a temorary thing they discontinued. They do appear to be selling StarOffice now.

www.openoffice.org (http://www.openoffice.org) is a complete Office package that is free (and open source). It is a great replacement for Microsoft Office. It has an equivalent to Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Word Art or whatever that crappy MS Office "art" program is.
