Ok so I get the fact that to create a scenario you pretty much have to play all the empires. But if you are creating a single player scenario how to you get it back to single player? I see the option under the Game menu and players. So I click the other empires to computer control. But then when I end my turn it goes to the next player which I want to be computer controled now.

What is the best way to create a multi player simultaneous scenario? (ie for use on PBW) Playing every turn of this style game then processing the turn would be very tedious. Is there a way I can automatically process the turn say 10 times? Then I could set up the empires build and research queues and advance the game quickly.

#1, If understand what you are saying it shouldn't do that. Say you are in the middle of the turn for player 3. You go to the game menu/players and set player 4 back to computer control. If you then hit end turn for player 3 it should skip over player 4. This assumes you are doing a turn based game. If you are doing a hotseat simultaneous game and trying to set it up as a solo scenario you can only change players to computer or manual control from the game master turn. In that case you just quit the game, don't end turn, and open teh game master turn and change the players you want and hit end turn.

#2 is easy. You set up the empires to do what you want and then run the game master turn for however many turns you want. Unless you are making changes you don't have to play any of the empires turns. This works best if you set all teh eampires to not make changes during simultaneous game. Otherwise they will be building stuff where ever you haven't given it orders.

Ah thanks. I was trying to do what you said to do in a turnbased game in a hotseat game.

perhaps a .bat file like you can make to automatically open the game up into your turn.

Use player 0 and give it the game master password. Or use Matryx's mod picker. Either one will do the same thing. If you want to make it do ten turns exactly with one click you'll have to do a batch file. I just use the mod picker and wait a few seconds between each click.
