*TC hands over imaginary wallet to shrapnel*

Looks good.
Plays good.
It even sounds good!

A definite winner.

Edit: If the developers of this fantastic game is reading, may I ask, where'd you get the music from?

I like the music, though; very "Feudal England" http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif Pretty, too. Maybe one of them has some skill with the lyre, and knows how to write music... naw, they're just a bunch of nerdy programmers http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Hrmm... nice game. I may be finally forced into getting a new computer system. 1 frame per second just isn't good enough for those battle recordings. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

Ah well... there go the days of tweaking the system over and over to play games way beyond my sys specs.

Dam, I think I need some glasses.
I thought the topic was Dominos II, and was wondering what it was doing in this forum.
Certainly looks more interesting then Dominos. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Several people solved that problem just by updating the drivers... even though their MFG was not supporting them, they found recent working drivers at www.omegacorner.com (http://www.omegacorner.com)

As for Dominoes II. That was the working title for Dominions II but at the Last minute they threw in some fantasy elements. However, you will still see that matching up numbers plays a prominent role in unit selection... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

On the other hand, it's a pretty game, so if you can't read the title, you may not enjoy it all that much anyway http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

No, I mustn't play this demo, or otherwise I will suffer for the next few months. *Downloads the demo anyway* Now the question is, how to buy this game when it is available. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

And yes, the music is impressive, there is quite a difference with the original game. (When you play for a few hours on end, you might convince yourself there was some music in Dominions 1. Or perhaps not)

Video Card?
I don't need no stinkin video card! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Display Driver for Mpact.

All my drivers should be very much upto date.

But since the current system is something I cobbled together using parts from 3 dead systems, it is the hardware that is lacking. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

I have been meaning to get NEW parts and put one together just using the great case I have and the decent DVD and great CDRW drives I have and replace the rest... but cash flow is always the biggest problem. In fact I have sources for all the parts I want bookmarked but in total it will cost almost $700. With student loans coming active for payment next month I can't really afford it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

So for now I shall survive with what I have. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
