Hello I'm a new in the forum, and I have found very interesting.
Someone can answer me about this question?
1 How correctly edit a map to add to planet
Special ability?
2 I have found se4 scenarios like "star trek
voyager" and "space 1999"
How this mod are created?.

A scenario is simply a savegame with some extra text files to provide the info windows. Oh, and its placed in the scenario folder http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
I've also got an Exodus scenario, where your race has been living as a neutral for many years, but your star is about to go nova. Thus, you have only 30 turns to pack up and push one of the big AI empires out of a neighbouring system and make a new life for your people.
The goal being to return one day to your homesystem, and rebuild using stellar manipulation tech.
I was playing this way when I got the bad news, but it occurred to me that it would make a great scenario, so I saved it and wrote up some countdown timer warnings, some minister debriefings, and presto.

You can use the map editor to add abilities to a specific planet.
