Lately I have been nagged to death by a pop-up window while on these forums...
file: affiliatewiz.asp
form: shrapnelgames.com
Open, Save, Cancel?
I have been selecting cancel, because I don't want and addware on my sys. Has Shrapnel gone the affiliate route and we will now be presented with pop-ups and adds?
Not exactly what I wanted for Christmass.

Run Ad-Aware lately? You might have some spyware on your PC already...
Have you considered using a different browser than IE? Browsers like Mozilla Firebird can block evil popups natively without a second thought...

All it found was about a half-dozen cookies that it didn't like. I havent seen the pop-up since, so it might have been due to one of the cookies.
Anyways, I'm not worried.

I run Netscape and pop ups are not an issue. I also have pest patrol and run it once a week to kill any pests that happend to infest my PC. Mostly spybot and adware cookies.
My second suggestion would be to um, well how to put this delicately... ummmmm, ahhhhhhh, wellll, ahh I got it. Avoid sites that promis interesting body visuals at all costs. They are often more contagious than $3.00 ..... oldest trade on earth broker. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
