1) Value Improvement
2) Plantary Resource bonus facilities

Isn't this the 3rd or 4th time you have asked this Tesco? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
Resource bonus facilities work exactly the same as in infinite resource.
I believe that value improvement plants increase the value of the planets by the listed percent, literally. So if you have 2423421 value and a 3% facility, after 1 year the value goes to 2496124 (assuming there is no resource use during that time).

So does this mean that if you have a 3% value improvement facility, and you use less than 3% per year of the resources you have on the planet, your planet will never run out?
Also, if your planet is at 0 resources, the value improvement planet can never increase it, right?

Once you build enough value improvement plants to match your resource extraction, a finite resources game becomes an infinite resources game. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
