Damage to destroy a planet

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much damage it takes to destroy facilities and population. If I attack with a weapon that does 200 points of damage then it should kill a wp each turn until those are gone.(Assuming no armor or shields on the wps.) How is damage applied after?

In settings.txt, there is an entry
"Damage Points To Kill One Population " About facilities - no idea.

Facilities has no damage resistance. I'm not sure but I think they are destroyed hand in hand with population. For example if half of the population are destoyed, then half of the facilities are destroyed as well.

I thought facilities were a hardcoded 200HP...

In combat simulator a planet with 15 facilities and 1M people has 10 HP. But simulator isn't always correct.
