I would like to start a new game with the following settings as the core settings
Limited Resouces , can only colonize own planet type and own atmosphere.
No Trading, No tech trading No ship trading. Score own. Tech cost High or Med.. I am thinking high
Last player wins.
5 or 10 planet start.
2000 or 3000 point start.
Planet value med or high same with resources...
36 hour turns... with 12 hour extensions allowed.
custom map developed by someone who is not playing in the game. But about 12 to 15 systems a player
Game ran by someone who is not in the game.
Anyone interested in this...
If so Post away here...
Game will be gold... and if people want to play a mod on it... Majority wins....

Never played PBW but 36 hour turns would be long enough to do each turn. All other settings are ok
Please explain how to set up and particpate in a PBW game of SEIV (i have Version 1.84 also)

Just go and generate a very large map and use that instead.

The point is to make it have balanced starting positions so some players do not get screwed and others really lucky. Of course, starting near edges still screws you, but not as badly as how SE4 places starting positions normally.
