Can't upload

I'm trying to upload a little file to shrapnel for you all to enjoy. I went to the mod/scenario archive and tried to post but the "upload" button seems to have disappeared.

Is it really gone or is it just me?

Wasn't there a request for some upload coder volunteer recently? It seems to be MIA also. Have they found a volunteer? I almost volunteered myself but they look like they didn't want an ASP solution. (Yeah, I know, get a real engine like PHP... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif )

If Shrapnel's reading this and would like to consider an ASP solution, give me a PM - I've done a few and would be willing to do another for the SEIV community...

oh well. I'll have to upload it to my webspace and link from there. It was just laziness stopped me doing that in the first place.
