OT- Virus or Dataminer question

From a hex editor it looks like a data miner as it is trying to change the settings to ie.


So I have another question

What is a good forum to post this stuff on ???

I don't know about forums, but I'd email it to all the big antivirus and spyware companies.
And do all I can to disable and remove it.
