Hello, Shipset creators

I'm making a small mod and need permission to use a shipset for a new race I'm creating. Being one who likes to be 'different' in my approach to finding a shipset, I decided to have an 'open call' to all you shipset owners.

So If you have a shipset (or shipsets) and would like to grant me permission to use it/them. Please make a post here and let me know where I can find them.

Thanks in advance, and btw the person who's shipset I use will have his/her name discretely placed on the new splash/intro pic that will come with my mod.

I downloaded your shipset and will give it a good look and see if it fits my mod. No need for the doga files, since I don't have doga. And at first glance, there's nothing wrong with your background, it looks good.

I'm having some hardware problems here and couldn't upload everything yet, but you'll find most of them mirrored on PBW or somewhere else.

you can use Pequeninos, Manticore and Fractal (they are on Trooper' site) and Tholians ( Atrocities' site).

You are welcome to use the Tesselates and even alter them if you like. I can send you the Doga files as well for example, you may want to put solid black background on them.

FYI: My mod will be called "The Miner's Guild" so I'm looking for a shipset that is robust, solid and have a good 'massive' feeling.

So far, TerranC your Bob set is the closest that I've seen to match the feel of my mod, still a bit on the slick, slender side, but close.

If so, I found two ships that would make perfect 'Prospector' and 'Mining Base' ships. They are..

Nostropholo_mini_battleship
Nostropholo_mini_dreadnought
Nostropholo_portrait_battleship (for the prospector)
Nostropholo_portrait_dreadnought (for the Mining Base)

If this is your work, the only thing I'l like to change (and I can do it myself) is make the yellow parts of these ships blue/teal (to match the color of my miner race falgs and icons.)

Yes, I'm Andrés Lescano who has a shipset collection on the gold cd.
But I'm not the author of the Nostropholo shipset. That would be Pablo Belluscio, I was just hosting it in my site and submitted it along with mine for the cd.
I think his email was on the html readme of that shipset. I don't think he'll have a problem with that anyway.

AT, I really like your Crugarian shipset. Can I use it as the base and recolor them? I have a smaple of a colorized ship if you would like to see exactly what I will make them to look like.

Where do I send the pic? If you're on Messenger I could send it that way.

There are six or seven non star trek races there, including two really nice sets by CNC.

And seven more finished. Only seven more images away from a completely complete shipset, with full neostandard compatibility and a few ++ pics in there as well.

BTW, sorry for hijacking your thread DG, but I can't seem to find the one I opened for the KanesS.

How many ship sets are you using? <font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Well, the game is based on DevNullMod:Gold v1.70 so any shipsets that come with that are included in my mod. The only one I added was the repainted Crugarian Shipset with two Phong ships (CarrierLight & CarrierHeavy repainted to match) for the 'prospector' and 'Minning Base' ship classes. (these repainted ships are used for the new 'Spelunker' Race I created.)

Didn't finish it as I had hoped, but I have updated the KanesS with a few more pics. Maybe next weekend I'll have a full shipset for you all to download.
