Well, I don't usually act as a salesman, but I got this news from Calligari about TrueSpace 4...
TrueSpace 4 Special Final Offer (http://www.caligari.com/Store/Special/tS4_end/tS4_end.html)

The only reason I'm posting this is that when I checked out the link to the TrueSpace Brochure (http://www.caligari.com/products/truespace/ts4/features.asp) it showed that this Version can import and export .dxf, .3ds, and .x the 3 most used, and accepted industry standard formats.

Finally I'll have a Version of truespace that does what I've been waiting fo it to do. And at $79 it looks like a real good deal for me.

Nuf said, Cheers! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

3dmax and like programs are so user unfriendly and unintuative that you must be a geneus to figure them out.

But once you do the rewards are impressive.

Well, I use SolidWorks and I'm a genius with the program. It doesn't offer the same file-extensions most of the graphical industry uses, but it is a very easy to use program. It doens't require the years long study of 3D Max or a similar progam. Maybe I'm so fond on SW because I've never had any lesson with 3D Max or a similar program.
Ah well, I don't need to share my file with someone else. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon6.gif

Edit: Don't you have, by any chance, a manual for this truespace? Maybe I can learn to use this program.
