I'm not a pro on getting the image into your profile, but one thing sticks in my mind...I think you will make the replacement and then you have to exit the forum and come in again to see it or else post another message to pick it up (or a combination of both... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif ). Perhaps someone else can do a better job of explaining it than me.
