PBW Question?

I just turned in my sixth turn of a PBW game. I spent some time on the previous turn to 'tweak' my Stratiges under the empires options. And now they seem to have reset them selves back to default what gives?

there is a strange bug since the Last patch... where stuff resets... It has happend to me as well.

Did you also notice all your ships lost their movement and that the Do not do stuff AI was unchecked as well as repeat reseach projects...

So I'm not the only one noticing weird things happening...Sounds bad too...it could really effect gameplay. Any know if this is going to be fixed...or if there is a fix...or a reason it is happening?
