Why cant i access this post that I found through the search?

If it doesn't exist, why can I find it in the search?

The system burps now and then. Im beginning to see load impacts. Avatars that come and go, editing windows that dont keep up with whats being typed, long waits to return a screen thats been edited or re-sorted.
